About this department

Our Training Kitchen makes and prepares food for the Next Steps Development Canteen. This environment is a great starting point for building confidence in catering and hospitality
 
Trainees in this department have the experience of working alongside a qualified chef, learning skills first hand. They also are able to practice their customers service skills, taking orders and experience money training. 

There is the opportunity for progression from the training kitchen into the Nook Café for some individuals.
